FATC is committed to innovation and technological research in semiconductor packaging, testing and module development. Our R&D efforts span IC packaging, flip-chip packaging, LED packaging, testing, and memory modules. FATC established a “Patent Reward Regulations” to encourage employees to actively engage in R&D.
