Chip Back-end Service

From the June of 2008, FATC started LED Chip back-end service. Two years later (Jun. 2010), LED package RD line is ready. Within the period, in the July of 2009, LED is certified by ISO16949 and ISO 9001:2000. We mainly provide LED chip back-end turnkey services, and apply Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to control the whole process. Back-end process includes grinding, dicing, probing, sorting, and PI. Also, the packaging RD line is ready now.
