Products quality is controlled through a complete control plan from incoming, manufacture, finished products warehousing to delivery inspection. We apply SPC to monitor quality and achieve assigned quality objectives.

QC staff play the role of quality surveillance in process. Early problem-detecting is their primary mission. Quick improvement will be made by controller before defect shipment.

Two main aspects classified, product and environment:

Product：

Activities to the human error and carelessness of operators to ensure product quality.
1 、Fixed inspection：
	Testing for appearance, dimension, function and reliability of products by specifications and delicate instruments in process.
2、Patrol inspection：
	Demonstration and assurance of correctness of machine parameters

Environmental：

1 、ESD protection：
	Regularly check the function of ESD protection arrangement to minimize the chance of ESD damage to product.
2、Airborne particle：
	Regularly measure the airborne particle to ensure the clean room standard.
3 、Temperature & Humidity：
	Regularly record the temperature and humidity to the need of comfort for personnel and operation for machines, and therefore minimize product failure.
4、Utility：
	N2 flow rate check： Ensure regular supply to avoid product oxidation due to atmosphere exposure.
	Water quality check： Ensure resistivity and bacteria of pure water in process to meet the target value to avoid contamination.
