Products quality is controlled through a complete control plan from incoming, manufacture, finished products warehousing to delivery inspection.
We apply SPC to monitor quality and achieve assigned quality objectives.
QC staff play the role of quality surveillance in process. Early problem-detecting is their primary mission. Timely improvement will be made by controller before defect shipment.

Regularly check the function of ESD protection equipment to minimize the
chance of ESD damage to product. |

Regularly measure the airborne particle to make sure that the clean room condition is always within its standard. |
| 3 、Temperature & Humidity： |
| |
Regularly record the temperature and humidity to the need of comfort for personnel and operation for machines, and therefore minimize product failure. |
| 4、Utility： |

Nitrogen flow rate check：
Ensure regular supply of Nitrogen to avoid air oxidation of products. |
| |
Water quality check：
Implement resistivity test and germiculture test of pure water that is used in process to avoid
contamination and to maintain the target water quality. |
