教育訓練(Training and Development):
為提升公司之競爭力及同仁之素質,我們每年依年度教育訓練計畫實施各項訓練課程,在訓練後進行成效考核及提供必要的獎勵措施,以落實教育訓練成果。
To enhance and strengthen company’s competitive advantage and employees’ talents as well as skills, we carry out various training courses according to the annual training plan. We also emphasize the training effect, thus, practicing training evaluation and offering appropriate reward are necessary measures for a complete training system.
