Environment, Safety and Health Policy

Base on environmental protection, occupational health and safety, FATC will do the best and implement continual improvement for the pollution control, hazards prevention, energies & resources saving and waste minimization as well as the reduction of risks.

To provide a safe, healthy and environmental-friendly operating environment, we promise: To meet the ESH regulations; assure to run the ESH regulations and other requirements.

To keep the faith of "prevention of pollution", "reinforce risk management" and "continual improvement": Improving ESH performance by the pollution prevention, energies & resources saving, industry waste minimization and a good operation environment.

To improve the process and devote to green production: Improving the process and lower or decrease any impact on the environment as well as safety and health caused by production activities and product & service procedures.

To establish the way of communication: Try our best to let the employees, suppliers, contractors and interested parties understand the company’s ESH policy through thorough communication for improving the company’s image.

To raise the awareness of environmental protection, occupational health & safety, and provide the ESH training: To raise the ESH awareness of all staff through education and promotion.

Possessing Technology and Embracing Nature

To establish the ESH system for obeying the national regulations of environment, we have set up the relation equipment and executed the high standard in the industry to reduce waste materials and persuade saving energy policy. FATC has been selected the best company of energy saving by government office.

It is forbidden to contain the Lead and Halogen materials in each process to meet the ESH requirements. Owing to the plating production line has set up the pure Sn process to substitute Sn/Pb process from 2003, so that we can promise there are no hazardous Lead and Halogen materials included in our products for complying with the national standard.

FATC will concern the problem of environment and keep on researching as well as resolving it in the future.

GHG (Greenhouse Gas)

FATC plans to set up ISO 14046 Greenhouse Gas Management System for achieving the best performance of reducing exhaust pollution, minimizing the possible air pollution impact. As the ISO 14046 system is set up, FATC will finish the GHG gas inspection in April, 2008 and get the GHG Verification Statement in July, 2008.
